We’ve had a good little week this week.

I had Victoria, a new associate start this week. She’s one of the first to start on the new associate program in the office.

The many changes since C19 that the office has brought in, have all been in an effort to provide growth and structure. It is a teething process, and some days it’s two steps forward, one step backwards in order to get things right.  One thing that that hasn’t waned is my want to achieve my clients goals and in some cases exceed them.

Victoria is from Italy, she’s been here for a few years. She moved to Brisbane on a whim and now has a young family that is supporting her move into real estate. If you do get a chance to meet or speak to Victoria, feel free to throw in some Italian lingo.

I’ve had some great chats with previous clients, new clients and people I’ve only spoken to a couple of times.  It gives me confidence that the style of real estate I’ve adopted is good for a long successful career in real estate. 

Real estate isn’t always perfect, but I try really hard to do the best job for my clients. We’ve got a couple of settlements this week, and it’s great to get feedback from both buyers and sellers on where we did well and where we can improve.  I’m fairly open to feedback, obviously the good feedback is always better than bad feedback.

To the market…

We’ve started to see more properties hit the market this week with the Easter long weekend and school holidays behind us.

We’ve seen renewed confidence from buyers from interstate with buyers’ agents working harder to find new listings.  Less properties for sale has sent these agents looking further and pushing harder for off market listings.

Anzac Day is on Tuesday, so I’ll be trying to get down to my local dawn service, I haven’t attended one in a few years, so it’ll be good to get down and get involved.
