Giving back
I’ve grown up being involved with sporting clubs and groups and I understand the cost of much of the equipment and running costs.
I’ve also grown up in a very charitable family both with time and monetary value.
I’ve travelled to India and helped at an Orphanage my family is heavily involved in getting to know and create relationships with many kids and adults whilst there.
This allows me to keep a level head and lets me support clubs and community groups along the way.
Sometimes it can be as little as a bottle of wine for a raffle, time helping out at an event, or even jumping in behind a bbq. Either way, I like to help where ever possible – within reason. Sometimes it is extremely hard, because like any small business, I do have to watch my profit/loss statement fairly closely – and although I don’t expect anything in return, knowing that people do recommend you where possible does help me to afford to support these things.
